The discussion about Gizmocopter and latency has me thinking about
Gizmocopter in terms of its fundamental mission: development of flight
control systems to be used in POGO, ReSOAR, PROTO, and whatever
intermediate vehicles we develop.  Is Gizmocopter going to be respond
enough like a rocket powered VTVL to be useful as a GNC prototype?
