It isn't '91 CRX, but the same components were used on my '88 Civic.

All four wheel bearings are sealed units. The fronts have to be pressed
into the spindle, the rears are usually sold as assemblies with the hub as
one unit. The torque spec on the center nut is 134 foot pounds, both
front and rear. Conventional right hand thread nuts on all four
wheels. To remove the nut I use a 1/2" breaker bar with a 4 foot pipe
slipped over it as an extension. (This does require a quality breaker bar)

I was under the impression you had taken the front axles out during your
conversion process. If you have not, then unless you have an obvious axle
or bearing problem (noise or visible movement) then I would not disturb
them. Pretty much the same story on the rear. My car had 117K before
conversion and one of the rear bearings sounded a bit iffy so I changed
both. Up front both spindles had been exposed to the weather without the
axles in, so rather than risk it I had new bearings pressed in. While I
had the spindles in the machine shop I also had new lower ball joints
pressed in as well.

You really should consider getting the Helm manual for your CRX. It is an
awesome factory service manual with everything you could want to know. I
bought mine online at:

http://www.helminc.com

It was about $60 but well worth it.
