Judging by this guys MO (or lack there of), unless you have a 
bulletproof house with a bullet proof garage (and an automatic, 
bulletproof garage door), you are likely to be a sitting duck for him 
anyway.

However the army IS considering a wide range of electric vehicles...for 
sometime in the future.
