Soneil is Canadian (Ontario). http://soneil.com/

With low internal loss, I wasn't planning to float them long-term, just
wasn't going to worry too much about when I needed to disconnect the
charger. I'm not going to mount the charger on the tractor; it will be in
my garage where I'll park the tractor when it's not mowing. I was expecting
to use a regular 12V charger carefully monitored, one at a time across the
batteries, for equalization charges. I just meant I wasn't making it drift
worse and thought that good AGMs would drift less. I'll find out with a
voltmeter how often I need to equalize.

And yes, leaving the tractor sit for ~3h after mowing and then measuring
voltage across each battery was my plan for measuring SOC. Thus the
question about whether voltages were significantly different for AGM vs.
wet. Obviously my hygrometer won't do me much good for AGMs. ☺
