If I could have left a comment on the article making that exact point I would have... along with the fact that if this guy is that stupid (let alone stupid enough to allow such a ignorant comment to go onto the 'world wide web' for all to see) he a/ isn't fit to hold his current position and b/ isn't worth listening to.
