Jack, I suspected I would see the statement "willing to contract it out"
sooner or later. In your case, that sounds like a good idea. You know
what you want, you apparently have some funds, and you know a lot about
everything besides the EV portion.
Why don't you solicit on this list and others for people who have
excellent experience doing EV conversions and contract one of them?
