But the “Pro EV Outreach” topic has a different spin. Instead of being exclusive EV and in your face, Keep-Out, the EV CHARGING OUTLET signs highlight simply the presence of an outlet and welcomes people to use it. There can be a note telling them how to pay if needed. The two approaches are quite different. But of course, both are needed. Those that have charging capability frequently used and do not want it blocked are motivated to pay for a sign to keep other people out. The CHARGING OUTLET SIGN is welcoming, and I find that although generally people like the idea of promoting EV’s they are less motivated to pay for it. Hence, be prepared to just donate it. http://aprs.org/EV-charging-signs.html I was going to write: “I wonder if we can get that sign company to make and sell the outlet sign I use here:” and instead spent a half hour trying to figure out how to CONTACT amazon and suggest they sell the CHARGING OUTLET SIGN too.
