I sent Max a copy of my ToN book a number of years ago, and he has kindly cited it once or twice. I also noted a review by "Let's Compare Options" of ToN on Amazon, which whilst very complementary of my book, could also be considered a thinly disguised plug for Max's book. I don't know how these things work, exactly, but I would assume that Max is well aware of the ideas being discussed on this list. -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prof Russell Standish Phone 0425 253119 (mobile) Principal, High Performance Coders Visiting Professor of Mathematics [email protected] University of New South Wales http://www.hpcoders.com.au ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Everything List" group.
