There are thought to be long distance magnetic fields stretching across the 
universe, but electric charges tend to cancel out so long distance electrical 
effects seem unlikely. Black holes may not exist, although massive collapsed 
objects of some sort definitely do. Dark matter almost certainly does exist, 
the evidence seems fairly conclusive even though no one knows what it is. I'm 
not 100% convinced about dark energy, which could be explained by some long 
distance anomaly as suggested by David Wiltshire (but that is fairly unlikely).
