I'm reminded of the Hebrew bracha or blessing (בְּרָכָה‎) for auspicious
occasions, which characterises God as He:

"Who has granted us life, sustained us and enabled us to reach this
occasion."

 שֶׁהֶחֱיָנוּ וְקִיְּמָנוּ
וְהִגִּיעָנוּ לַזְּמַן הַזֶּה׃

(Shehecheyanu ve'qiyemanu
ve'higianu lazman hazeh.)
