Interesting Liz.
Steinhart's "theology" is available in various papers of his that are downloadable. He uses logic, physics, and computer science to explore what he believes actually exists. Quantum Potential seems like an additional fix. The man's an atheist but a spinoza kind of atheist, if you dig? His stuff seems highly compatible with Bruno's and Max Tegmark's pov. In that its Plato-based (neo-platonism?). He also uses evolution to discern simpler computational states evolve into higher computational states. QP seems right up there. -----Original Message----- From: LizR <[email protected]> To: everything-list <[email protected]> Sent: Sun, Feb 15, 2015 4:15 pm Subject: Re: Cosmology from Quantum Potential On 15 February 2015 at 07:00, spudboy100 via Everything List <[email protected]> wrote: Being a fool, I ask, Is it possible to do a theology (In the Marchal sense of the word) from quantum potential? Just asking. Assuming quantum potential supports a universal computer, I imagine so. Although Bruno's theology is (or appears to be) derived from Arithmetical realism, so I assume that ultimately, quantum potential would have to just be what "drops out of" all the first person viewpoints generated by the UD. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Everything List" group.
