John C asked me why I was not trillionaire. I should have replied that
I would already be happy to know why the prize I got in Paris in 1998,
disappeared without explanation, even from the official lists in 2009.
But here I know the answer: defamation (as people reports me
privately). That was hard as that price was for me the symbolic
stopping of already many years of defamation, and instead it has
expanded the defamation a lot.

It's convenient that the freedom he jokes about as "random mouth
noises" becomes the cause for his atheist crusades, when called on
the open, sensational insults. I've always found this form of
"liberal" position to be naive in that all insults become truth too
easily, when defamation does not exist.
I guess it's consistent in this way, if you assume all people want
to insult or have to be insulted to learn or exchange information.
But it's also ugly as there are ways to make progress in discourse,
life, sciences etc. without putting people down; even if sometimes a
line has to be drawn. John moves his lines so much, I've almost
stopped trying to figure out what they are. PGC
I am asking myself if insult is not a mark of stupidity. Indeed, if
you insult someone stupid, you will only get an insult back. If you
insult someone intelligent, you will not get answer and you make a
fool of yourself.
Again, this shows that insult and stupid behavior is more an emotional/
heart problem than a brain/competence problem.
Insults is less grave than bombs or beheading opponents, but they
belong to the same family, and are (invalid) sort of argument, if that
needs to be said.
An insult is extensionally equivalent with an admission of absence of
arguments, but it is intensionally (and usually intentionally also)
different: it means; "I hate you". It is 100% emotional.
Some people can act stupidly just the day they lack of sleep, or
because their love partner did not smile when expected. It is not a
problem except when it lasts for some period.
One new joke is funny.
Two times the same joke is boring,
One hundred times the same joke is harassment.
