I don't really see why that's necessary... Every moment feels like it's now. Idk, it helps to picture a 2d universe where time for those in the 2d universe is a spatial one in our universe. The 2d universe would consist of a stack of slices or pages, like a flip book that makes an animation when you turn the pages quickly. The people in the flip book don't know what page we are turned to "now" in fact for them since their time dimension is a spatial one for us, from their perspective we are turned to every page at once.
Perhaps this is all obvious to you and you merely find this view lacking for some reason?
