You need to be very careful. Such a complement of a set will not be a set in
most set theories. The “complement of the empty set is the universe of all set,
which is not a set, but a class, and will not obey to most axioms of set
theory.

Every set x verify x=x, but then the nothing can no more be payed by the empty
set { }, because obviously { } = { }.
Or you mean the set of everything has property A, but then it has no notion of
property applicable to it, or with a lot of caution, like in the reflection
principles in set theory.
