Sure. General relativity gives us the idea of a 4-dimensional
Lorentzian manifold, over which one can lay a coordinate chart.
But that is not an ontology.

hyper-determinism. Hyper-determinism isn't impossible, but it's
not implied by the fact that there can be 4-space map for labeling
events.
What is hyper determinism and how does it different from plain old
determinism?
It includes the behavior of the experimenters, so Alice and Bob don't
have any freedom to choose the orientation of detectors. Gerard t'Hooft
is the main advocate.
