So why to defend them? That terms is even more charged than “theology”. For “religion” I don’t know. Around me it has always means “conception of the world”. Like when saying that materialism is not my religion, for example. But religion is a miundial phenomena, indeed a universal machine phenomenon. Don’t confuse the concept of God, with this or that special theories, especially when such theories are politicised by tyrans.
