Actually the sex dream is a good example of experiential realism.

One can certainly have the bodily results [ 
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nocturnal_emission ] of a "real" awake 
episode, but the experience (Galen Strawson sense) you have while dreaming  
is real.
