People "accidentally" delete things on mobile devices all the time, it only 
takes a slightly off keystroke or swipe of the finger  to do so on such a small 
screen.

No delegates (I assume you are talking about the kind that can access another 
person's mailbox).  By mobile devices - you're talking about something like a 
phone or are you talking about a laptop?  The person who lost her calendar is 
definitely on a laptop.  I don't recall if she has a phone or not.  How would 
these devices cause problems?

In the last couple of days I've had two users tell me they have had mail 
disappear.  Any suggestions what might be happening?  Mail store corrupt?  I 
have Exchange 2003 where do I proceed from here?  Thanks for your help.
