you have to block off the exhaust ports with rubber in between the exhaust
manifold and head,then you have to block off one intake manifold and put a
pressure fitting on the other one and connect a radiator pressure tester to
it.it should hold 9 lbs of pressure for 30 seconds.

Greg how do you do a leak down test.. I remember doing a leak down for a
gas line in a house.. fill the system with air for a few days and see if
the pressure goes down is it simular to that..Rory
