yeah theres a big surprise, tell em they quite making calipers for the itb
class see how quick they approve an alternate, whats even more surprising is
the inability for them to respond with a reasoning of why not, nope all ya
get is " the change doesn't follow the intent of the rules" or some bs like
that de-de-de well no shit jack thats why were asking for helloooooooo
"rule CHANGE"
everyone is always trying to be diplomatic and not make issues, well im
sorry but its bs and the only real improvement that would have made is
keeping suspension parts from breaking and keeping more
cars on the track, hence the denial "keeping more cars on the track"
doesnt follow the scca envision of keeping the class, it keeps being
displayed time and time again
you know maybe its time to organize a cross class effort for rules changes,
even though other classes get more attention they are battling also and it
seems to me that those who pay the bills and SALARIES should have a bit more
more of a say in what the hell goes on , not some upper gods on power trips
that feel they dont even have to give a reasonable explanation. well ta hell
with that
no one gets away with that in just about any other organization so why
here??? since when did the club racing members become the lowest of all
people on earth, take a look at the financial statements posted, would be
nice to see a bit more itemization there but you can bet without the club
racing they would have big problems maintaining the organization or
supporting thier ever so important pro series. I will probably get slammed
for some of this but I really dont care, the rest of you can reply with how
great a job they all do for you, but its simple to me, list what they have
done or even listened to for this class, its really quite old anymore. It
doesnt seem to bother anyone at scca to take the funds that we all pay and
support other divisions, yeah they provide a service and entertainement for
all of us but i think the entire thing got a bit backwards somewhere.
instead of asking interest and making a movie everyone would want to see,
they make a movie about dirt in a pile and tell you that what you get to
watch, and either way the credits are always way too long.
