Chris, I re-viewed my tape again, too. They actually talked about the engines 4 times. I think the 4th time is when I heard the false quote. Trouble is, I manually taped the race without comercials and missed the beginning of the 4th reference about engines. I am now wondering if I just heard it wrong? Oh well, no biggy, really. What they should have said was, " There are legal engines for this class from 4 different engine manufacturers, but the favorite for road racing is the Rotax engine that came in Ski-Doo snowmobiles." The runoffs drivers all had 493's or 494's. I bet nobody has run anything at the Runoffs other than Rotaxes for 5 years or more? Bill Schmidt 88 RD Kawi
