After 11 years of racing, I am considering changing from a traditional steering wheel to one with an open top. I'm a little concerned about the transition - I don't want to be on the track, or even worse in an emergency situation, and end up grabbing air instead of the top of the wheel. I'm sure I would get used to it, but one mistake at the wrong time could cost lots of $$$ or worse. So - I'd like to ask for feedback from those of you that have raced with a traditional wheel and switched to the open top. Was it difficult? Did you experience anything like I described above. Has anyone tried to make the change and couldn't get used to it or switched back for some other reason. Thanks as always! Cory
