Mine, for a 91, had a model/serial number on it. Maybe you can find one on yours?

They used the cell to make a mold, and it DID only cost $600. Then they shipped both cells back to us. I'm sure if you call them they may still have the dimensions on file. They made Steve's cell in 2001. If they don't, then we'll see if we still have the an old cell here that we can lend you to ship to them to make a mold. Don't EVER give up hope, Gene.
