It's designed to be used with render-sets, but you could use it outside of gpu.render by calling the private "bind-uniform-textures" and "bind-uniforms" methods on your tuple, like so: my-program-instance my-uniform-tuple [ bind-uniform-textures ] [ bind- uniforms ] 2bi That's probably useful enough to make into a public API. The "bunny" and "spheres" demos in extra/ use GL calls directly because they were written before the gpu.* vocabularies.
