No, the school administrators do not operate independently from the TMO - quite the opposite - even better than administrators in the West at keeping things they do not want known under the radar. It is a private school - but one of the big funders - name escapes now - a big accountancy/marketing type of business, threatened to pull out if the rules were not relaxed. The school is very heavily dependent on good press and money from the business world. If Bob Brigante reads this, he can probably find some SA press articles on the Web related to this as there was some publicity in SA about it.
