I was mistaken there IS an expert on this forum!  Oh...ever heard of Nuclear?  
Clean air....France, China and God knows how many other places have it NOW!  US 
is falling behind my friend!  Even Obama is allowing Iran to have it, if you're 
looking for perfection you'll be waiting a long time, IMO.
