Funny thing, I was never convinced that MMY was enlightened. I was never convinced that he could perform the siddhis better than I could. It certainly seemed plausible, but I'm a skeptic through and through. When I heard my Siddhis Administrator respond to the question: "Can MMY float?" with the answer: "One might assume that since he is teaching others how to do it, that he can," my reaction wasn't "Oh, that means he must be able to do it!" My reaction was: "MMY told him to say that. What a clever way of sidestepping the answer to the question." Your own answer, that I snipt, appears to be that you believed your state of consciousness to be such that you didn't need to validate it for yourself, but my own take is that were I to be having such internal experiences, my natural agnosticism would compel me to attempt to validate things, were there such a trivial validation available.
