Called the police and the FBI. The whole block was roped off and the poor guy and his wife had to stand outside for over seven hours, in front of all their neighbors. The guy's wife got freaked about her husband calling the FBI and the police. She yelled at him "Why did you get that stupid book, you fu*kin idiot? It was just plain old talcum powder!!!" P.S.
