FWIW, I read last weak, in the Houston Chronicle, that the Pentagon has received a copy of the manuscript and is currently reviewing it to see if there are any problems, which has only delayed it's release. As for *Swift- boating * Obama, I don't know that it does, by any account. However, the W.H. seems to be nervous about this book.

BTW, while the proceeds of sales of the book may be going to charity, I have my doubts as to whether the rest of the money he receives as a result of having written it will also go to charity (speaking fees, etc.). I could be wrong, but royalties are not the only income the author of a bestseller may derive from it.
