At least one person who posted to FFL not long ago did avail herself of Knapp's services. We don't know what the outcome was. But there is, of course, no need for Carol to have any knowledge of anyone's current or contemplated involvement with Knapp for her to periodically post updates about the progress of her formal complaint against him or anything new that has come to her attention about his questionable activities.
