I'd be careful about listening to those guys. Exercise won't help, but facing the past will. My experience with minds falling apart, is that life grants the desire, to those it occurs to - allows them to forget the past, or certainly the elements in it, that they have avoided for decades. The religion of Science continues to ignore consciousness, as a huge factor, regarding physical and mental health, and makes itself look pretty stupid in the process.
