Again, we don't know whether there is such an entity as "type 3 diabetes." In any case, according to the current speculation, it would be Alzheimer's that was "triggered," the idea being that Alzheimer's itself is a third type of diabetes. Macaroni? All that Mountain Dew piled high in Walmart grocery shopping carts? What are we doing?
