How do you know your intuition has developed
sufficiently to be able to evaluate claims for
a phenomenon that you haven't experienced?

Remember the context: Paul was saying that the Vedic
literature describes many phenonema that modern
people tend to think don't exist and suggests that
therefore there's no basis to buy into that
literature.
