I have the last years read a lot about Hindu meditations and Tantra. 
I am not an expert in Hindu Meditations and Tantra - but I have 
found similar teaching methods in those as MMY teach out, but with 
different Mantras and and different Pujas. Some parts of MMY Puja is 
very much used by other Traditions.
