I would be very interested to know which meditation techniques those are, Ingegard. Certainly there are many that are similar in that they use mantras and pujas, etc. But with the exception of methods such as those taught by Chopra, Shri Shri, and others who were students of MMY, I have never come across a teaching that had the whole "effortless, simple" aspect of TM.
