Thom Hartmann invites the right to call into his show, Rush hates it. Bernie Ward latenights on KGO does a great job of skewering right wing callers (half of whom are drunk). Coulter, Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reilly and company are all in it for the money or they wouldn't be on the air or publishing (the NYT has a commentary about Coulter on this). You can say the same about the left too except they need to do a better job of being into it for the money. They're just too polite. It's all about the two factions fighting each other while being distracted from the real cause of the problem: the kingmakers.
