Oh, having realized what would happen if you guys decide to implement a "solution" like the one I just proposed, I add an addendum to it at the end:

On the positive side, that would give each of the four the chance to "cool out" and rethink their posting habits before the new policy goes into effect. On the negative side, if you DON'T do this, I think you all know what will happen. Sparaig and authfriend will each post two to three hundred angry posts in the next week, trying to get all their rants in before the axe falls. It sounds silly, but you all know it's true, right?
