Good stuff! Yes, the senses continue to operate, but more as super 
senses so to speak, so that sight, hearing taste touch and smell all 
operate as functions of UC<-->KC as opposed to the ordinary 
functioning we are accustomed to. The practical value of this is 
that the operation of the senses is no longer bound by localized 
operation. Of course localized perception also occurs, so that 
ordinary activity can continue.
