I would second Doug's remarks and suggestion.  There's no need to
censor anyone, but a bit more focus in the subject description would
allow everyone who now participates to continue to do so, but the bulk
of the subject matter discussed might be welcomed by more people, who
might then rejoin the discussion and make FFL even better.

It was very valuable for me to be able to ask the group if there were
people willing to offer me input on a case I'm handling, but to do it
off the forum.  That way no one else besides those who self-selected
had to be subjected to the sordid details.
