That's not my experience of non-proliferation of karmic winds at all, although your description was very colorful.
In some practitioners of the TMSP, what yogins are finding is exacerbation of the karmic nadis and entrapment in non-bindu resolving routes. Left unresolved and not re-routed to the central channel the prognosis is for lifetimes of suffering, and a downward turn on the wheel of samsara is almost guaranteed.
Cutting off of karmic winds has a very different, if not opposite effect. It closes the door to downward turning incarnations and sets one truly free. It's real signs are unmistakable once achieved.
