Leaving out competition as its a fairly large section you can leave
out and know that it will only be one question seeing as it doesnt
tend to be mixed with the others, and also because sometimes the
questions on it are fairly nasty-as in even having studied it you may
not be able to answer it.
It seems to me that for every subject you have to prepare differently,
for example, i have three-so for equity i question spotted and learned
very detailed notes, criminal i covered everything in a relatively
detailed way, and for constitutional i got a very rough knowledge of
the entire course. So im doing contract and property like i did equity
and im doing tort like i did criminal, but im still totally lost for
EU! If there is anyone on this who has passed it, if you could explain
how you studied for it, that would be great!
