I have to agree with everyone here, EU is very overwhelming - there's
so much in it! I'm doing:

-Institutions (incl sep of powers, legislative procedures)
-Free Movement of Goods
-Services
-Workers
-Citizenship
-Direct Effect
-Supremacy
-MS Liability
-Art 234 (the only procedure I'm doing, it seems to come up a bit more
often than the others)
-Gender Equality
-Private Int'l Law
-Public Undertakings
-State Aids

Its alot to learn though so thinking about leaving out State Aids as
it came up last year or Art 234 but I'm concerned that I've already
left too much stuff out. Didn't do comp because the Qs on the last few
papers have been awful. I did EU Comp Law as a discrete subject in
college and I still wouldn't have been able to answer some of those
Qs.

As a tip for everyone I've heard that Independent are tipping Public
Int'l Law. Has only come up twice over the last four papers but in one
of the 2007 exam reports the examiner hinted that this would become a
more important topic on exam papers and it didn't come up last time.
Its fairly short so might be worth doing if anyone is looking for a
potential backup question....
