Hey, I'm covering more or less the same as you Shell. I am most likely only going to cover Art 234 from the procedures chapter, but I might squeeze in Art 226 if there's time. I'm most likely going to leave out competition too. State Aids is kinda topical since the banks thing last week but I'm sure the exam paper was written well before that arose. So basically I'm going through everything in the manual except competition and the more complex procedures.
I really hope there are two internal choices this year, otherwise I could be in bigggg trouble. How do people feel about this examiner? Did anyone fail his paper at the last sitting who felt they should have passed? I'm beginning to think this could be the hardest of the FE-1s.
