Hi Luis, The content modeler is no longer part of Islandora. Most of the functionality has been incorporated into other modules (e.g. the collection manager) but there is currently no way to build custom content models using a GUI.
What sort of content model were you planning on adding? Islandora comes with five solution packs to handle different kinds of content (https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/ISLANDORA/Solution+Packs) but if you're interested in building a custom content model for Islandora you should post something on our developers list (http://groups.google.com/group/islandora-dev). Someone else may have already built something similar that you can leverage for your own needs.
