I feel a lot more concerned about the quality of the vet than I do issues such as whether it is a cat only clinic.
There can be bad vets who choose to operate cat only clinics. My cats do not mind dogs or their barking, but I don't hear significant amounts of barking at the vet anyway. Now at the shelter is a different story.
