I'm trying to be impartial about this -- while the news footage looks incriminating, it's true that there aren't any shots of where the cats were actually living, and vindictiveness has been known to happen among different factions of the rescue community. If the accusations against Kelley turn out to be false, she wouldn't be the first animal advocate to be persecuted unjustly. And while news is *supposed* to be impartial, we all know it is so very NOT. And this news report is from Fox, arguably the most blatantly biased and sensationalistic news source in the universe. The cats shown did not look to be in distress. Given that they were supposedly filmed a few days after the seizure, that also makes me wonder why Fox wasn't right on the spot at the time of the seizure. Seems strange that they waited a few days to do the story if it was that horrendous a seizure. They're usually all over that kind of thing. That being said, I truly would like to know the story behind the dead cat in the closet and the dying one in the kitchen. Even if Kelley's home is not as bad as the news story painted it, the fact of these two untended kitties would suggest that Kelley has more than she can properly care for. Diane R.

The story isn't "made up." PS. With all the political corruptness in the world how can you be so naive? Just because someone is a judge or vet or any other professional doesn't make them honest. If you don't believe anyone involved in the story, logic would demand that you trust the impartial judge in the case to have made the right decision in not allowing any more animals back in the home (with the exception of three personal cats). I stand by what I said, when they do a story here about this type of thing, they show the inside of the house they raid and back up what they are saying. It's funny how Susan has been absent from the list until she had someone to tear apart again. Speaks volumes ... -- Belinda happiness is being owned by cats ...
