It sounds like she has tummy acid, Fred has been doing this
lately and he will not eat when he feels like this. He gets a 1/4 of a
pepcid AC everyday for now, once his weight is up and his tummy feels
better I will stop it if that every happens.
Make sure it is pepcid AC and not extra strength.
