My vet is a GP. treats cats, dogs and lots of horses and cows so his info on things like felv is not as good as a specialist, but, he welcomes every bit of information I bring him. I print out a lot of the things all of the members come up with and he then does his own research on the subject. We have both learned a lot since I got Annie. He said since I do the preliminary research for him, it makes it easier for him to get into the details of it.
