There's evidence that the overall rate of FeLV infection is decreasing.
However, the first vaccine was introduced in 1985, but the observed decline
in overall infection rate began before this.  At least one model of FeLV
infection dynamics estimates that the rate of FeLV vaccination is still  too
low to contribute to a general decrease in the prevalence of FeLV.
