Spin Off survey: Shetland = a down breed?

In their online reader survey
(http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=371703719310), Spin Off lists Shetland
as a "down breed," and omits Dorset, Shropshire and Suffolk.  I was not
under the impression Shetland was considered anything like a "down breed."
